The terms for using Ricordo's private beta. They are short, plain, and honest about what an early beta means.
Last updated September 17, 2026Ricordo is a product built by Ricordo Inc. By using the Ricordo beta, you agree to these terms. If something here does not sit right with you, tell us before you use the product. We are easy to reach.
Ricordo is early and still being built. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We may pause or end the beta, or your access to it, at any time. This is normal for beta software, not a sign something's wrong.
Access is by invitation only, and your account is for your personal use. Do not share your login or session with other people. If you want a friend in, ask us to invite them.
The places, trips, and notes you save in Ricordo are yours. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how.
Please don't use Ricordo to break the law, disrupt the service, or try to access another user's account or data. We can suspend or end access for accounts that do.
Ricordo's chat and recommendations are generated by AI and grounded in real sources where we can, but they can still be wrong. Double-check anything time-sensitive, including hours, availability and whether a place still exists, before you rely on it, especially while travelling.
Since this is early beta software, we cannot promise it will always be available, accurate or error-free, and we are not liable for problems that come from using it during this stage. That is part of getting in early, and part of why the beta is free.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, where Ricordo Inc. is incorporated.
